LUXURY CAREERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Stock Inventory Assistant to manage daily luxury sample flow and office stock. You will handle end-to-end logistics, inventory tracking, and stockroom maintenance to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include processing shipments and transfers, recording movements in ERP systems, and conducting regular stock takes to prevent shrinkage while ensuring products are stored securely and properly presented.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Inventory Assistant to manage the daily flow of luxury samples and inventory in office stockroom. You will handle end-to-end logistics, inventory tracking, and stockroom maintenance to support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound shipments, returns, and domestic/international transfers in line with company guidelines and timelines.
• Record product movements and tracking numbers in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), maintain audit records and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct physical cycle counts and scheduled stock takes to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
• Manage goods receipt, storage and preparation of items for dispatch or presentation while keeping the stockroom secure, organized, and clean.
• Ensure proper handling, care and protection of luxury products per company standards.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in stockroom management, inventory control, or logistics (luxury/fashion preferred).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
