Job summary

Infinity Global, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Management Coordinator to drive global inventory data, forecasting, and KPI reporting. You will coordinate between departments to ensure data cleanliness, maintain stock levels, and generate client reports; collaborate with Account Management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in supply chain or 4+ years of experience, plus strong MS Office and Pentaho experience in a fast-paced luxury-brand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or similar field.
• 4+ years of experience in a related role.
• 2-3 years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask/prioritise.
• Experience with report-generating software such as Pentaho.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data cleanliness and inventory levels across global distribution.
• Place and analyse replenishment orders to global distribution centres.
• Generate client KPI reports and other inventory reports.
• Monitor inventory and forecast discrepancies; analyse patterns.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Draft inventory reports documenting counts, discrepancies, and statistics.
• Report inventory metrics to management and suggest improvements.
• Oversee project phases to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Create and maintain inventory overviews and processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Inventory Management Coordinator is the main internal resource for global inventory management within the department of Account Management. The Inventory Management Coordinator leads the data building, analysis of inventory reporting & also generates the client facing KPI reporting. The position plays a vital role in maintaining agreed levels of performance when it comes to inventory & forecasting. He/She can coordinate between different departments & within account management department to ensure data cleanliness & allow the performance on inventory management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure consistent information flow & data cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory levels & procurement flows within agreed parameters.
• Place and analyse the replenishment orders to global distribution centres.
• Monitor outgoing consumption to boutiques and call out any abnormalities.
• Perform extensive ad‑hoc research of items ordering patterns to generate quantitative forecast.
• Draft inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data
• Report inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control
• Coordinate with other workers to resolve discrepancies between administrative and actual stock
• Create and maintain inventory overviews and processes for accurately managing inventory
• Create client KPI reports + additional ad‑hoc reports account management could require.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or similar field or 4+ years of experience in a related role
• 2-3 years of experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced analytical role
• Shows Advanced Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask/prioritise based on urgency
• Must have experience with report‑generating software, such as Pentaho
