Whitecrow Research Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Stock Operator for a luxury boutique in Singapore. You will manage stock operations, leverage RFID technology and SAP systems, and support back-of-house processes to ensure stock accuracy and exceptional client experiences.

You will collaborate with Store Manager and sales teams to maintain inventory integrity, coordinate daily operations, and ensure seamless stock flow across channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with RFID technology and SAP systems is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory reconciliation, stocktakes, and back-of-house operations.
• Good understanding of retail procedures, stock movements and inventory accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and retail standards; identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Manage daily stock operations, logistics, administration and back-of-house organization.
• Utilize RFID technology for stock tracking, inventory management, stocktakes and stock reconciliation.
• Use SAP systems to maintain accurate inventory records and support stock movements and transactions.
• Ensure accurate stock counts and investigate discrepancies as needed.
• Organize back-of-house area to ensure timely stock availability and support the sales team.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of packaging materials and boutique supplies.
• Support Store Manager with operational coordination and workforce scheduling (ROTA).
• Ensure smooth flow of stock between back-of-house and sales floor.
• Support integration of online and offline operations for stock across channels.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, sales team and Head Office to maintain high standards.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Operator to manage stock operations and back-of-house activities within a luxury retail boutique. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience with RFID technology and SAP systems, with a strong understanding of inventory management, stock accuracy, and retail operational procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager and sales team to ensure efficient stock management and seamless boutique operations while supporting an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and retail standards, identifying gaps and implementing appropriate solutions.

Manage daily stock operations, logistics, administration, and back‑of‑house organization.

Utilize RFID technology for stock tracking, inventory management, stocktakes, and stock reconciliation.

Use SAP systems to maintain accurate inventory records and support stock movements and transactions.

Ensure accurate stock counts and inventory records, investigating and resolving discrepancies where necessary.

Organize the back‑of‑house area efficiently to ensure timely stock availability and support the sales team.

Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of packaging materials, food and beverages, and other boutique supplies.

Support the Store Manager with operational coordination and workforce scheduling (ROTA) in line with store traffic and business needs.

Ensure the smooth flow of stock between the back of house and the sales floor.

Support the integration of online and offline operations, ensuring efficient stock handling and availability across channels.

Collaborate with the Store Manager, sales team, and Head Office to maintain high operational standards and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Previous experience in stock operations, inventory management, or retail operations, preferably within luxury retail or premium fashion.

Hands‑on experience with RFID technology and SAP systems is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory reconciliation, stocktakes, and back‑of‑house operations.

Good understanding of retail procedures, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.

Proactive approach with the ability to coordinate back‑office activities and support sales operations.

Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with store management and Head Office.
