Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer in Singapore to design and implement firmware for STM32-based control systems. You will write and test C code, develop Python scripts, and work closely with hardware and engineering teams to integrate software with hardware peripherals.

The role requires a strong background in embedded systems, microcontroller peripherals, and debugging, with opportunities to contribute to system testing and product development activities in a collaborative

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
Strong C programming skills.
Experience with Python programming.
Familiarity with STM32 microcontrollers and embedded systems development.
Good understanding of microcontroller peripherals and debugging tools.
Experience with embedded control systems.
Knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C, CAN protocols.
Familiarity with Git / version control systems.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop embedded software and firmware for STM32-based control systems.
Write, test, debug, and maintain C firmware.
Develop supporting tools and scripts using Python.
Integrate software with hardware peripherals and communication protocols.
Debug and troubleshoot embedded system issues.
Collaborate with hardware and engineering teams during product development.
Participate in system testing, documentation, and product development activities.
Work with Field Service teams to troubleshoot system problems.
