Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant food & beverage managerial experience.
• Ability to lead teams and manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities to maintain smooth workflow and timely service.
• Develop and manage staff rosters, assigning tasks to optimize productivity and coverage.
• Monitor and enforce SOPs to maintain operational compliance and safety.
• Conduct orientation and training for new staff to accelerate onboarding and skill development.
• Coordinate inventory ordering and management with suppliers to maintain stock and minimize waste.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to enhance experience and loyalty.
