TLG Gourmet PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated wok cook to prepare and cook stir-fry dishes to consistent taste and presentation. The role requires operating wok stations with precise heat control and timing, while following recipes and portion guidelines.

You will ensure proper food handling, collaborate with kitchen staff, maintain station cleanliness, manage inventory, and support prep work. Weekend and public holiday shifts are expected, with a strong focus on quality and teamwork.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong cooking knowledge and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook stir-fry dishes using a wok, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Operate and maintain wok stations, including proper heat control and timing.
• Follow all recipes and portion control guidelines accurately.
• Ensure all food items are stored, handled, and prepared in accordance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wok station and surrounding areas.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages or needs to the kitchen supervisor.
• Assist with prep work and other duties as needed.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
