Public Service Division is building Asia’s flagship startup destination LaunchPad@one-north within Singapore, connecting founders, investors, corporates and researchers to drive innovation. You will design programmes, forge partnerships and create opportunities that help startups test, grow and go global.

The role emphasizes collaboration across government agencies and industry players, turning ideas into action and shaping Singapore’s AI ecosystem with Kampong AI, while managing relationships

Responsibilities

• Build the LaunchPad community by developing programmes, events and initiatives with ecosystem players.
• Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, investors, universities and agencies to enable startups to test, collaborate and scale.
• Grow Kampong AI as Singapore’s Hub for AI by bringing together startups, corporates, researchers and government partners.
• Manage a portfolio of LaunchPad startups and tenants; nurture relationships and connect them to relevant partners and programmes.
• Turn ideas into action by coordinating cross-government teams and external stakeholders from concept to execution.
