The Public Service Division is seeking an enthusiastic events and partnerships professional to join the Startup Community team in Singapore. You will help plan and deliver SWITCH, Asia’s leading innovation platform, working with partners, startups and policymakers to create engaging content and compelling experiences for attendees.

You will support content development, ecosystem engagement, marketing and outreach, and oversee event operations across SWITCH, SLINGSHOT and related activities,

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business, Marketing, Communications, Events Management or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in events, partnerships, marketing, communications or stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and engaging content for different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging ecosystem partners, startups and vendors.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Passion for Singapore’s startup and innovation ecosystem is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate SWITCH content, including conference sessions, innovation showcases, exhibition features and marketing materials.
• Support planning and delivery of SWITCH workstreams with internal teams, partners and vendors.
• Assist in SLINGSHOT planning, timelines and competition operations.
• Engage ecosystem partners, startups, corporates and stakeholders to drive participation and partnerships.
• Support marketing/outreach across digital and offline channels to boost awareness and engagement.
• Assist in managing SWITCH’s digital platforms and event systems, including registration and attendee engagement.
