LaunchPad@one-north is evolving into a community where founders, investors, corporates, researchers and talent come together to build what's next. You will shape this ecosystem at the intersection of startups, technology, partnerships, community and spaces.

Role involves creating programmes, connections and opportunities to help startups start, grow and go global, with a broad scope that may include industry programmes, international partnerships and pilots with corporate partners.

Responsibilities

• Build the LaunchPad community by developing programmes, events and initiatives that connect founders, investors, corporates, researchers and other ecosystem players.
• Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, venture builders, incubators, accelerators, investors, research institutions and government agencies to create startup opportunities.
• Grow Kampong AI ecosystem by bringing together AI startups, corporates, researchers, investors and government partners to make Singapore a hub for AI.
• Manage a portfolio of startups and tenants, building relationships and linking them to relevant partners and programmes.
• Turn ideas into action by coordinating with cross-governmental teams and external stakeholders to move initiatives from concept to execution and measure impact.
