Job summary

National University of Singapore’s NUS Enterprise seeks a dedicated Ecosystem Development professional to lead the Landing Pad Start-up Support and regional partner management at Kent Ridge Campus. You will shape programs that help startups access mentorship, funding, and market entry while coordinating across cross‑border ecosystems.

The role requires 3–5 years in startup ecosystem roles, strong relational abilities, and a collaborative mindset to drive measurable outcomes for the organization

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in startup ecosystem development or related role.
• Strong relational and communication skills to secure trust across stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask end-to-end.
• Clear experience in establishing alignment between start-up support activities and organizational outcomes.
• Team player capable of galvanising cross-functional support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Landing Pad Start-up Support and design offerings to aid startup growth in revenue, capital access, team and market expansion.
• Analyse effectiveness of offerings against PIER71 outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and evolve the start-up engagement strategy and calendar across PIER71 initiatives; grow participation in mentorship, peer learning, and ecosystem events.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with Landing Pad start-ups; ensure high participation, satisfaction, metrics capture, and startup growth.
• Grow and strengthen relationships with Landing Pad contributors (mentors, domain experts, consultants); convert inputs into active mentoring, office hours, workshops, and investor readiness support.
• Equip and communicate regularly with contributors to ensure timely preparation and distribution of materials.
