Job summary

NUS Enterprise is seeking a dynamic professional to support the Landing Pad and ecosystem initiatives at Kent Ridge Campus. You will oversee the PIER71 Landing Pad, shaping offerings to accelerate start-up growth through mentorship, market access, and capital connections.

You will manage relationships with start-ups and contributors, drive engagement across initiatives, and coordinate onboarding processes. Strong collaboration across diverse stakeholders is essential in this 2-year contract role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in startup ecosystem development or a related role.
• Strong relational and communication skills to secure trust and buy‑in from multiple cross-cultural stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask from start to finish.
• Clear experience in establishing alignment and attribution between start‑up support activities and organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the PIER71 Landing Pad, a structured soft-landing initiative with mentorship, fundraising, market entry, and ecosystem connectivity.
• Design and iterate offerings to drive start-up growth in revenue, capital access, team, and market expansion.
• Analyse the effectiveness of offerings and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and evolve the start-up engagement strategy and calendar across all PIER71 initiatives to grow participation.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with Landing Pad start-ups, ensuring high participation, retention, and satisfaction.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes with Finance/Admin (documents, checklists, turnaround times).
• Grow relationships with Landing Pad contributors (mentors, domain experts, consultants).
• Convert contributors into active inputs (mentoring hours, office hours, workshops, connections, investor readiness support).
• Equip and communicate regularly with contributors to ensure timely materials are prepared and distributed.
