Job summary

SIN CHEW WOODPAQ PTE LTD is seeking a capable manpower planner to prepare and manage staff rosters across multiple operational sites in Singapore. You will coordinate shift arrangements, deploy personnel and liaise with employees and clients to meet daily requirements.

The role requires a diploma or degree in business/HR/ops, strong planning and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A 5.5-days work week is expected, with opportunities to streamline scheduling processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain manpower rosters across multiple sites.
• Monitor attendance, leave and manpower availability to ensure staffing levels.
• Coordinate with employees on roster arrangements and deployment queries.
• Liaise with Operations and HR to satisfy manpower requirements and resolve scheduling issues.
• Respond to last-minute changes by arranging suitable replacements.
• Compile manpower utilisation reports for Management review.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and deployment.
• Ensure rosters comply with company policies and operational needs.
• Coordinate with clients on staffing arrangements as required.
• Perform other operational planning or administrative duties as assigned.
