Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore North is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate daily operations and manage schedules to ensure timely fulfilment of orders. The role requires 2+ years of experience in manufacturing and a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related fields.

You will work with SAP or SAGE, Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot), and maintain ISO 9001 documentation while supporting continuous improvement and on-site packing activities. Overtime is paid when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of SAP or SAGE systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards.
• Willing to perform paid overtime on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production supervisors, operators and staff to ensure smooth daily production operations.
• Plan, monitor and coordinate production schedules to meet orders.
• Monitor production performance and identify bottlenecks to improve productivity.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and materials to meet targets.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Quality, Engineering and Warehouse to coordinate daily operations.
• Work with internal teams and overseas counterparts to ensure timely production support and material availability.
• Ensure production activities comply with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Plan and assign the mobile packing team for on-site packing support.
• Maintain workplace safety and proper equipment usage.
• Prepare and maintain production records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
