Job summary

NEXUS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Human Resource Planner in Singapore to support workforce planning, scheduling, and compliance. The role involves partnering with department heads, HR, and operations to optimize staffing across shifts and projects.

The ideal candidate has up to 1 year of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of Kronos/ADP or similar systems. This is a Singapore-based, 5-day on-site position—Singaporeans only.

Qualifications

• Min GCE O Level; relevant working experience preferred.
• 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in workforce management software (Kronos, ADP or similar).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work with department heads and HR to understand staffing needs for shifts, roles, and special projects.
• Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules.
• Monitor attendance, overtime; prepare staffing reports.
• Coordinate onboarding process for new hires; support recruitment.
• Ensure staffing plans comply with employment laws and HR policies.
• Collaborate with HR, operations and finance to align staffing with budgets.
