You’ll work across recruitment, job matching and client service with the support of an automated matching system. You’ll onboard and register new members, interview on experience and availability, match to openings, coordinate schedules and follow up on shifts, while maintaining accurate records and growing the member pool through outreach and

• Clear communication skills, confident speaking with people by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and register new members, explain requirements, payments and benefits.
• Interview members to assess experience, availability, salary expectations and fit.
• Match members to openings using automated system and coordinate schedules and replacements.
• Monitor attendance and respond promptly when shifts need attention.
• Maintain accurate member records and keep them informed about opportunities.
• Grow the member pool through social media, referrals, calls, networking and job fairs.
• Understand client staffing needs and communicate requests and issues.
• Visit client offices/sites to understand needs and maintain service standards.
• Support client outreach via calls, referrals and networking.
