Job summary

HongYeGroup in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR and recruitment assistant to support end-to-end hiring processes across frontline and blue-collar roles. You will research talent, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and assist with recruitment events.

We welcome fresh graduates with a NITEC or higher and a friendly, organised approach. Training will be provided to help you grow a career in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• NITEC qualification or above.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable interacting with candidates in person and assisting at recruitment events.
• Eager to learn and pursue a career in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executive search assignments by researching talent, identifying suitable candidates and conducting outreach.
• Source, screen and shortlist applicants for frontline, operational and blue-collar positions.
• Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Support the planning and coordination of career fairs, recruitment drives and hiring events, typically once or twice per quarter.
• Draft and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms and monitor incoming applications.
• Keep candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring records accurate and up to date.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and assist with other recruitment activities as required.
