HONG YE GROUP PTE. LTD. invites you to join as HR Assistant (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition) to gain hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, executive search, high-volume recruitment and onboarding.

This entry-level role provides training and exposure to interviews, coordination with hiring managers, and opportunities to participate in recruitment events that enhance interviewing and coordination skills, supporting a growing HR function.

Qualifications

• NITEC qualification or above.
• No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable engaging candidates face to face and supporting recruitment events.
• Willing to learn and build a career in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support executive search assignments through talent research, candidate sourcing and outreach.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for frontline, operational and blue-collar roles.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates throughout the process.
• Assist in planning and coordinating career fairs, recruitment drives and hiring events, about once or twice per quarter.
• Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and track candidate applications.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring records.
• Prepare onboarding documents and support pre-employment administrative arrangements.
• Assist with day-to-day HR administration and other recruitment duties as assigned.
