Tan Tock Seng Hospital invites applications for an Assistant Manager, Office for Protection of Employees. You will assist the Assistant Director/Senior Manager in post-incident management of staff abuse and harassment cases, ensuring timely support and comprehensive follow-through with all parties.

You will help develop and implement policies, frameworks and initiatives to prevent abuse and harassment, and provide secretariat support for OPE and WSH Council meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in staff support.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of case management and stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical, meticulous and process-oriented with strong thinking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Triage and manage staff abuse and harassment cases with timely support and proper follow-up.
• Manage and monitor staff abuse and harassment data in the system.
• Collate statistics and KPIs for reporting to NHG, MOH and related councils.
• Analyse case trends to support decision making.
• Review and streamline workflows to support end-to-end case management.
• Handle staff inquiries about protection policies and measures.
• Provide secretariat support for TTSHOPE and WSH Council meetings, including minutes and action follow-ups.
• Participate in hospital projects and emergency planning as required.
