Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a dedicated professional to support the post-incident management of staff abuse and harassment cases, ensuring timely assistance for affected staff and thorough follow-through with relevant parties.

You will help develop policies and initiatives to prevent and respond to staff abuse and harassment, and assist in developing frameworks to meet organisational objectives. Strong data tracking and Secretariat duties are part of the role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in staff support.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Triage and manage staff abuse and harassment cases with timely support and follow-up.
• Monitor data tracking and documentation of all cases in the system.
• Produce statistics and KPIs for reporting to relevant authorities and councils.
• Review workflows to support end-to-end post-incident management.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and minute writing.
