Job summary

Metta Home in Woodlands, Singapore, invites a skilled nurse to join our caring team dedicated to adults with intellectual disabilities. You will provide nursing care, monitor medical needs, and work with caregivers and families to deliver holistic support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience, preferably in special needs or geriatric care.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Additional certification in Palliative Care is an advantage.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and patient.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing care needs.

Metta Home provides long-term residential and day care services for adults (18-55 years old) with intellectual disabilities. Our multi-disciplinary team supports their health, well-being, and social integration.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor the medical needs of residents
