Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Staff Nurse for welfare home. The role involves clinical duties, resident care, and supervision of care staff in a residential setting located in Woodlands/Buangkok.

Weekend and public holiday shifts are required. The nurse will work under the doctor and head nurse, carrying out preventive and curative medical services, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with personal grooming and hygiene for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a nursing diploma or degree.
• State Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board certificate.
• Ability to carry out preventive and curative medical services under supervision.
• Ability to respond to medical emergencies.
• Able to monitor vital signs and assist in residents’ grooming and hygiene.

Location: Woodlands/Buangkok

8 - 12 hour shift depending on location.

Required to work weekends and public holidays

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Daily Duties

• Carry out preventive and curative medical services under the guidance of the doctor and head nurse
• Oversee the general health of the residents, participate in and supervise medical and nursing care routine
• Supervise and assess the performance of nursing aides and health attendants
• Assist and carry out emergency situations in the Home.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma, degree, professional degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Candidate must be a State Registered Nurse with a valid certificate by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Ability to carry out preventive and curative medical services under the guidance of the doctor and head nurse.
• Ability to act accordingly in medical emergencies.
• Ability to monitor vital Signs.
• Ability to assist in residents personal grooming and personal hygiene issues.
