Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience, preferably in special needs or geriatric care.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Additional certification in Palliative Care is an advantage.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Team-oriented, compassionate, and patient.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing care needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor the medical needs of residents
• Supervise and guide nurse aides, health attendants, and support staff
• Work closely with caregivers and families to provide well-rounded support
• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for beneficiaries
• Assist in training and development for staff and caregivers
• Participate in fundraising activities to support our mission
