Key Responsibilities
Deliver Safe and Quality Patient Care
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on patients' clinical needs and established care standards.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and promptly identify, escal, and respond to changes in clinical status.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with hospital policies and nursing best practices.
  • Perform nursing procedures and interventions within the scope of professional practice.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Coordinate and Support Patient Care
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated care delivery.
  • Facilitate smooth admission, transfer, discharge, and care transition processes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, self-management, and health promotion.
Promote Quality, Safety and Service Excellence
  • Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality assurance standards.
  • Participate actively in quality improvement projects, clinical audits, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Report incidents, risks, and near misses in accordance with organisational policies.
  • Support the hospital's commitment to delivering excellent patient and family experiences.
Support Professional Practice and Team Development
  • Maintain professional competency through continuous education, training, and evidence-based practice.
  • Participate in competency assessments and professional development programmes.
  • Support the orientation, training, and mentoring of junior nurses and new team members.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and learning-oriented work environment.
Contribute to Operational Excellence
  • Support nursing and departmental initiatives that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and workforce readiness.
  • Participate in hospital projects, committees, and improvement efforts as assigned.
  • Assist Nurse Managers and Nurse Clinicians in implementing nursing policies, work processes, and service improvements.
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Nursing.
  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with a valid Practising Certificate.
  • Relevant nursing experience in acute, community, rehabilitation, ambulatory, or specialty settings will be an advantage.
