Raffles Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to support day-to-day clinic operations, patient assessment, and nursing care. You will work with Clinic Managers to ensure smooth operations, coordinate registrations and records, and assist doctors during medical procedures.

The role requires Singapore Nursing Board registration, good interpersonal skills, and willingness to work weekends and shifts in a dynamic clinic environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule patient registrations, payments and records.
• Provide nursing care and assist doctors during procedures.
• Perform patient assessments and clinical interventions in clinic.
• Record and maintain documentation of patient progress and treatments.
• Assist in medicine dispensary and clinical procedures as needed.
• Provide patient education and health screening where applicable.
• Support clinical team in ECG monitoring and venepuncture as needed.
• Undertake other duties as directed by Clinic Managers.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the Clinic Managers of Raffles Medical Clinics to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
• Coordinate and schedule patient registrations, payment collection and maintain patient medical records
• Perform patient assessment and clinical intervention in Clinic, assist in medicine dispensary
• Provide quality nursing care, nursing procedures and treatment to meet the general comfort and well-being of the patients
• Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress and management rendered in the notes, medication records and charts
• Assist doctors and attend to medical/surgical procedures whenever necessary
• Provide patient education
• Competencies in clinical nursing skills and knowledge such as venepuncture for blood sampling, administering injections, health screening, ECG monitoring and interpretation are preferred
• Undertake any other responsibilities as directed by the Managers of Raffles Medical Clinics
