Job summary

Raffles Medical Group in Singapore is seeking a patient services associate to handle front-desk inquiries, patient registration, and scheduling across multiple clinics. You will liaise with medical teams, assist clinicians, and ensure smooth operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of clinic experience, holds a GCE O Level or Diploma, and demonstrates strong communication and computer skills. Shift work, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of working experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong customer service and front-line communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient enquiries at the counter and provide information on clinic services.
• Update patient registration details and process medical records per SOPs.
• Liaise with medical teams and patients to arrange appointments across clinics.
• Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical tasks when required.
• Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors’ review and follow up.
• Perform daily billing and ensure accurate transactions, including closing of accounts.
• Support smooth clinic operations and provide excellent front-line patient service.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Good customer service and front-line communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate, with the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, and patient registration systems.
• Must be able to commit to shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays, based on a rostered schedule.
