ACUMED MEDICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a multi-clinic setup in Singapore.

You will assess patients, monitor vitals, support doctors in consultations and procedures, and manage follow-ups and documentation. You will administer medications, perform venepuncture and injections, and educate patients on treatments and self-care. The role requires travel between clinics and strong interpersonal skills to maintain excellent patient

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing approved by Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a clinic setting.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board and possess a valid Practicing Certificate.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Able to handle busy clinic hours and prioritize tasks safely.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; compassionate and caring.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for providing nursing care to patients, including patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, preparation for consultations, investigations, procedures and health screenings.
• Assist Doctors in clinical matters including consultations, dressings, investigations, laboratory tests, minor procedures, health screenings and medical examinations.
• Perform venepuncture, blood taking, injections, medication administration and other nursing procedures within the scope of practice and under appropriate medical direction.
• Dispense medications according to doctors' orders and established clinic procedures.
• Responsible for patient follow-up, including appointments, investigations, laboratory results, medical reports and scheduled reviews.
• Provide patient education and instructions on medications, treatments, follow-up care and health management.
• Establish and maintain good rapport and professional relationships with patients, their families and corporate clients.
• Responsible for sterilising and maintaining clinical equipment and instruments in accordance with infection-control procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring medication and medical-supply stocks, including stocktaking, expiry-date checks, ordering and proper storage.
• Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation and daily, weekly or monthly reports as required.
• Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, telephone enquiries and other clinic administrative duties when required.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and support the efficient day-to-day operation of the clinic.
• Monitor and maintain adequate medical supplies, consumables and equipment, and report any damaged, faulty or unsafe equipment.
• Ensure treatment rooms and clinical areas are clean, organised and maintained in accordance with infection-control and clinic standards.
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance, repair, servicing and cleaning requirements with relevant personnel or service providers where necessary.
• Support health screenings, corporate medical services and other off-site or clinic-related services where required.
• Perform such other nursing, patient-care and clinic-related duties as may be assigned by the doctor, nurse-in-charge or clinic management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing approved by Singapore Nursing Board
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board and possess a valid Practicing Certificate
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Efficient during clinic busy hours
• Able to prioritize work quickly, safely and accurately
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Display compassion and have a positive and caring attitude.
