Job summary

Raffles Medical Group is seeking a frontline clinic administrator to assist patients with enquiries and registration. You will support clinicians, manage records, and coordinate appointments across multiple clinics within the Group.

The role requires strong customer service, multitasking ability, and comfort with shift work, including weekends and public holidays. Proficiency in Word/Excel and patient registration processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum ‘O’ Level/ NITEC/ Diploma in any discipline with 1–2 years of working experience in clinic settings preferred.
• Meticulous and organised, able to multi-task and work in teams.
• Good customer service and front-line skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Computer literate, ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and manage patient registration.
• Must be able to commit to shift work including working weekends and Public Holidays on a rostered shift.

Responsibilities
