Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a nursing professional to plan, provide and evaluate nursing care tailored to patients' needs, medical orders and hospital policies.

You will uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, monitoring, infection prevention and control, and clinical practice. • Plan, provide and evaluate nursing care according to patients' individual needs, medical orders and established hospital policies.
• Uphold hospital nursing standards in patient documentation, treatment, monitoring, infection prevention and control, and clinical practice.
• Keep the Senior Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager and attending doctor informed of patients' conditions, treatment plans, nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Take appropriate measures to promote patient safety and promptly report incidents or adverse events to the Ward Manager, Senior Nurse Manager or Nurse Manager-on-Call in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with other hospital departments to support coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient billing and related documentation in accordance with hospital procedures.
