Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a registered nurse in our ICU at Singapore.

The role provides comprehensive and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with professional standards and hospital protocols. You will assess and monitor patients, document care, and escalate changes to the care team. You will uphold infection control and patient safety, and participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver safe, coordinated care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with professional standards and hospital protocols.
• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, provide appropriate nursing care and promptly elevate significant changes to the relevant healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, nursing documentation and care-related reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention and control requirements, clinical procedures, hospital policies and patient safety standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to promote safe, coordinated and effective patient care.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of nursing practice within the clinical area.
• Undertake other nursing-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
