Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled nurse to assess patients’ nursing care needs in line with medical orders and hospital procedures. The role includes monitoring progress and adjusting care as patients’ conditions change, while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and clinical procedures.

You will maintain a safe environment, ensure accurate documentation, and mentor junior staff. Strong teamwork with the broader healthcare team is essential for delivering high-quality care.
