Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care based on patients’ needs, medical orders and established clinical standards.

You will ensure care complies with hospital policies and documentation requirements. The role involves timely communication of changes in patient conditions and treatment plans to the Senior Nurse Manager and attending doctor, addressing safety risks, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting accurate billing

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care based on patients’ individual needs, medical orders and established clinical standards.
• Ensure nursing care complies with hospital policies and professional standards relating to documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection prevention and control.
• Communicate relevant changes in patients’ conditions, treatment plans, nursing interventions and outcomes to the Senior Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager and attending doctor in a timely manner.
• Proactively identify and address patient safety risks and ensure clinical incidents are promptly documented and reported in accordance with hospital policies.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other hospital departments to support safe, coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient billing and maintain appropriate supporting documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to patient safety, nursing practice and quality of care.
