Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital setting in Singapore.

You will monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team while adhering to infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with established clinical standards and care plans.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and provide appropriate nursing support within the scope of professional practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
• Comply with infection prevention and control measures, hospital policies, clinical procedures and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
• Perform other nursing-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
