Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated nurse to plan, provide, and evaluate patient-centered care in alignment with medical orders and hospital policies.

The role involves educating patients and families, maintaining a safe and dignified environment, and keeping physicians informed about treatment plans and outcomes. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide and evaluate nursing care according to patients’ individual needs, medical orders and established hospital policies.
• Provide patients and their families with appropriate health education, information and emotional support.
• Ensure nursing practices comply with hospital policies, professional nursing standards, clinical procedures and established best practices.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic and supportive environment that promotes patients’ comfort, dignity and well-being.
• Keep the Senior Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager and attending doctor informed of patients’ conditions, treatment plans, nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Supervise, guide and mentor new and junior nursing staff to support their professional development and promote effective teamwork.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support safe and coordinated patient care.
