Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD (≥12 yrs) or MSc (≥15 yrs) in EE, materials science, physics, or related field.
• Experience in CMP Process Development and integration.
• Publications or patents demonstrating technical contributions.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own CMP process modules and roadmaps across current and future nodes.
• Lead FOAK CMP process development, including recipe architecture and controls.
• Collaborate across Technology Development, Process Integration, Manufacturing, and Equipment teams.
• Mentor engineers and communicate status and plans to senior leadership.
