Job summary

COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to support daily commercial operations on engineering and construction projects in Singapore.

The role involves assisting senior managers with cost reporting, contract administration, and ensuring contractual obligations are understood and followed by all stakeholders. Experience in data centres, hospitals, heavy industrial and mission-critical projects, or EPC contracts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Sciences /Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience.
• Experience in engineering and construction.
• Preferably with experience in Data Centre, hospital, heavy industrial and other mission critical complex projects, or EPC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager with all daily commercial operations.
• Assist with Cost and Budget Reporting.
• Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems.
• Attend to all contract admin & documentation for the project.
• Ensure stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations and reflecting them accurately.
• RFQ procedures with subcontractors and suppliers for pre and post-contract stages.
• Progress Claims with Client and/or subcontractors & suppliers.
• Support in Variation and Claim procedures.
• Ad hoc duties as determined by management.
