Job summary

COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Commercial professional to support the Senior Commercial Manager with daily operations, cost and budget reporting, and contract administration for data centre and mission critical projects.

You will work closely with administration, operations and finance to ensure obligations are understood and reflected in documentation, participate in RFQ processes, progress claims, and variation and claim procedures, with ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Sciences /Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in engineering and construction.
• Experience in data centre, hospital, heavy industrial and EPC contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager with all daily commercial operations.
• Assist with Cost and Budget Reporting.
• Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems.
• Attend to all relevant contract admin & documentation for the project.
• Ensure that all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations and reflect them accurately.
• RFQ procedures with subcontractors and suppliers for pre and post-contract stages.
• Progress Claims with Client and/or subcontractors & suppliers.
• Support in Variation and Claim procedures.
• Ad hoc duties as determined by management
