Job summary

COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Commercial Operations professional to support daily commercial operations, cost reporting, and contract administration on EPC projects.

Responsibilities include resolving contractual issues, ensuring stakeholder adherence to obligations, handling RFQs, progress claims, variations, and related contract documentation, with ad hoc duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Sciences /Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in engineering and construction.
• Experience preferably in Data Centre, hospital, heavy industrial and other mission critical complex projects, or EPC contracts.
• Experience in contract administration and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager with daily commercial operations.
• Assist with Cost and Budget Reporting.
• Assist with resolving contractual and commercial problems.
• Attend to all contract admin & documentation for the project.
• Ensure stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations and reflect them accurately.
• RFQ procedures with subcontractors and suppliers for pre and post-contract stages.
• Progress Claims with Client and/or subcontractors & suppliers.
• Support in Variation and Claim procedures.
• Ad hoc duties as determined by management.

Job Requirements
