Honeywell in Singapore is seeking a Sr Program Specialist (Airport) to lead engineering design, procurement support, site installation, testing, and commissioning of airport systems including AGL CMS, AFL, CCR, ERS, and related infrastructure.

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the engineering, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and successful delivery of airport systems projects involving Airfield Ground Lighting Control & Monitoring Systems (AGLCMS), Airfield Lighting Facilities (AFL), Constant Current Regulators (CCR), Emergency Response Systems (ERS), Airfield Electrical Infrastructure, and related airport systems.
The role serves as the technical lead during project execution, coordinating engineering design, procurement support, site installation, system integration, FAT/SAT activities, commissioning, and handover. The Senior Project Engineer works closely with clients, airport authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with ICAO, FAA, EASA, and airport authority standards.
Lead the detailed engineering design, review, and implementation of airport and airfield-related systems.

Airport Authority Specifications
Client Technical Requirements
Provide technical support throughout project lifecycle from concept to handover.
Support the Project Manager in planning and executing airport projects.
Monitor project schedules and engineering deliverables.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Track project progress and proactively identify execution risks.
Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
Participate in project review meetings and stakeholder discussions.

Runway Lighting
Taxiway Lighting
Stop Bars
Approach Lighting Systems
Airfield Guidance Signs
PAPI Systems
Apron Lighting Interfaces
Supervise subcontractors and installation teams.
Verify installations comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate site activities with airport operations personnel.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Ensure work is performed safely within operational airside environments.
Manage site issues, technical queries, and design clarifications.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Airport Engineering or related discipline.
5–10 years of engineering and project execution experience.
Minimum 3 years of airport or airfield systems experience.
Hands‑on experience in:
AGLCMS
AFL Systems
CCR Systems
Airfield Power and Lighting Infrastructure
Testing & Commissioning
Airport Construction Projects
Experience working in operational airports.
Experience in greenfield or brownfield airport expansion projects.
International airport project experience.
Experience leading site engineers and commissioning teams.
Strong technical problem-solving skills
