Job summary

Honeywell in Singapore is seeking a Sr Program Specialist (Airport) to lead engineering design, procurement support, site installation, testing, and commissioning of airport systems including AGL CMS, AFL, CCR, ERS, and related infrastructure.

You will act as the technical lead on projects, coordinating with clients, airport authorities, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver on schedule and within ICAO/FAA/EASA standards, prioritising safety and quality in airside environments.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Airport Engineering or related discipline.
5–10 years of engineering and project execution experience.
Minimum 3 years of airport or airfield systems experience.
Hands-on experience in AGLCMS, AFL Systems, CCR Systems, Airfield Power and Lighting Infrastructure, Testing & Commissioning, Airport Construction Projects.

Responsibilities

Lead detailed engineering design, review and implementation of airport and airfield-related systems.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
Prepare and review system architecture drawings, shop drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules and interface documents.
Ensure compliance with ICAO Annex 14, FAA ACs, EASA standards and airport authority specifications.
Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle from concept to handover.
