Honeywell International, Inc. is hiring a Software Engineer II for Building Solutions in Singapore. You will monitor Forge cloud applications, analyze service cases, and collaborate with Field Service Professionals to restore service and improve customer outcomes.
In this role, you will ensure availability and performance of cloud-based services, utilizing logging and incident-management tools while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive reliability and operational excellence.
Help keep Honeywell’s connected building services reliable, responsive, and operational. You will monitor Forge cloud applications, investigate service cases, and partner with Field Service Professionals to restore service and identify opportunities that improve customer outcomes.
In this role, you will support the availability and performance of cloud-based services through disciplined monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. Your work will help improve service responsiveness, system reliability, and the customer experience.
