Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Singapore is hiring a Field Service Engineer (Service & Projects). You will support the Field Service Leader on daily customer and operational requirements, ensuring milestones are met to maximize client satisfaction and minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of project management experience in BMS/FAS/Security with ACMV/HVAC knowledge; fresh graduates with related diplomas will be considered and training provided.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work-related project management experience in BMS/FAS/Security field preferred, with project and logical knowledge in ACMV/HVAC/FAS/Security system control logic.
• Fresh graduate or diploma/ITE with preferred related work experience and relevant knowledge of BMS, FAS, CCTV and Security systems will be considered.

• Support Field Service Leader on day-to-day customer and operational requirements.
• Manage service projects ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes from Data Analytics for our customers on building performance.
• Design, set-up and maintenance of BMS/FAS/Security systems and related third-party equipment.
• Provide technical consulting and pre-sales support to accounts and projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and drive analytics-based reporting.

As a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in servicing customer locations by upholding contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs), aimed at maximizing client satisfaction and minimizing downtime through exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Field Service Leader on day-to-day customer and operational requirements. (e.g. coordination of team tasks, team metrics management, KPI management).


• Relevant experienced in project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.


• Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes from Data Analytics for our customers on building performance and interrogation of building system and Drive outcomes for building users and building performances.


• Knowledge in computer skills for set-up of servers, workstations, Internet Connectivity and networking in support of Connected Services Design and configuration of BMS, FAS, HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security and Third-Party Systems. This includes the system design, controller programming and head end server, graphics configuration and central/network set-ups


• Technical consulting, design and implementation support to the service business and customers. This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on projects.


• Service and maintenance of BMS, FAS, CCTV & Security systems and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise).


• Fault Diagnosis/technical support on HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third Party, IT Networking & Cyber Security Systems. Designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.


• Design and configuration of HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third-Party Systems. Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.


• To grow service business through project execution and management of project stakeholder. This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on projects.


• Perform testing & commissioning of BMS/FAS/Security Systems BMS FAS/Security technical submittals preparation, method of statement, compliance statement and OMM.


• Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients, Customer surveys and NPS targets.


• Site audits.


• Achievement, measurement and comprehensive reporting to Field Service Leader of performance indicators and site service objectives and use analytics technology such as the Customer Portal/Dashboards to drive delivery


• Effectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.


• Assist with the financial control according to agreed budgets and plans.


• Forecast financials monthly and analyse throughout the month.


• Utilize the output of Analytics technology to proactively identify and provide estimate material cost and quantities for reactive works and pass on information required to price job to key and service accounts manager.

Key Experience & Capabilities

• 2-3 years of work-related project management experience in BMS/FAS/Security field preferred, with project and logical knowledge in ACMV/HVAC/FAS/Security system control logic.


• Fresh graduate or diploma/ITE with preferred related work experience and relevant knowledge of BMS, FAS, CCTV and Security systems will be considered.
