Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President & General Manager for Building Automation ASEAN & East Asia in Singapore. You will manage calendars, coordinate schedules across ASEAN & East Asia, handle communications, and drive engagement initiatives in a fast-paced regional environment.

The role requires extensive experience supporting senior executives, exceptional organizational skills, and a high level of discretion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives in regional or multinational settings.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, leadership meetings, and senior stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership and employee audiences.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the VPGM’s day-to-day calendar, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate complex schedules across ASEAN & East Asia, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Serve as a trusted administrative partner by anticipating needs and enabling executive time management.
  • Coordinate Singapore engagement committees and plan employee engagement activities and leadership events.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute communications, presentations, reports, agendas, and minutes.
  • Support visitors, meetings, workshops, and events hosted in Singapore, including facilities and catering.

As an Executive Assistant to the Vice President & General Manager (VPGM), Building Automation ASEAN & East Asia, you will provide high-level administrative, calendar, communications, and engagement support in a fast-paced regional business environment. You will play a critical role in enabling executive effectiveness by managing day-to-day priorities, coordinating schedules across multiple stakeholders, supporting leadership communications, and helping create a positive employee experience for the Singapore site and regional teams.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to the VPGM, demonstrating strong judgment, discretion, urgency, and ownership. You will help coordinate competing priorities, anticipate business needs, and ensure that engagement activities and communications are planned and executed with professionalism and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the VPGM’s day-to-day calendar, meeting schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and logistics with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate complex schedules and competing priorities across ASEAN & East Asia, ensuring effective preparation, timely follow-up, and alignment with business needs.
  • Act as a trusted administrative partner by anticipating needs, resolving scheduling conflicts, and enabling effective executive time management.
  • Serve as the focal person for Singapore engagement committees, coordinating committee activities, meeting cadence, stakeholder communications, and follow-through actions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, leadership events, town halls, recognition programs, inclusion and engagement initiatives, and site-level communications.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute communications, presentations, reports, meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across functions, countries, and leadership teams to support business rhythm, regional operating cadence, and leadership communications.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Support visitors, meetings, workshops, and business events hosted in Singapore, including venue coordination, facilities, catering, logistics, and employee participation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes, document management, communication flow, and engagement coordination.
Must Have
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in executive administration, business support, office management, employee engagement coordination, or related roles.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a regional or multinational business environment.
  • Strong experience managing complex calendars, business travel, leadership meetings, employee events, and senior stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional materials for senior leadership and employee audiences.
