Job summary

The Senior Principal Engineer (Civil & Structural) at People’s Association serves as the division's principal technical authority, directing the C&S engineering function across PA's community infrastructure portfolio and setting technical direction, standards, and quality benchmarks.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects such as integrated developments and community hubs, build capability across the division, and ensure safety, sustainability, and high standards in line with PA's

Qualifications

• Must hold PE registration in Civil Engineering with Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• Minimum 12 years of infrastructure/building experience.
• Desirable 15+ years leading C&S functions or major projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic C&S technical advisory across all Division projects.
• Oversee structural drawings review and consultant submissions.
• Direct site inspections and quality assessments of C&S works.
• Lead project teams as Project Team Lead for complex developments.
• Establish and maintain C&S standards and guidelines.
• Engage and manage consultants and contractors on C&S matters.
• Drive governance and ensure compliance with authorities and codes.
• Build C&S capability within the Division through mentoring.
