Job summary

People's Association (PA) in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager (Building) to oversee planning, design, and construction for CC/Centre projects. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Qualifications

Professional certification in Architecture, Building, PM or Engineering or equivalent.
Lead certification or higher from DDM by buildingSMART Singapore, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years in related infrastructure/building with design, planning and PM knowledge.
More than 7 years with experience managing community/public/institutional projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle from planning and design through to construction and handover.
Review designs and align with stakeholders to meet PA objectives and quality standards.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Ensure compliance with government procedures, PA policies, and project documentation.
