Responsibilities
The role is primarily responsible for Application & Integration for Contract Logistics operations, including business requirement analysis, application design, WMS/system configuration, testing, implementation support, user training, and post-go-live support. The role works closely with Operations, IT, Project Implementation team, and business users to translate warehouse process and operational requirements into practical system solutions. The role will also support operational excellence activities such as application implementation, operational reporting, process standardization and automation.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective system solutions, configurations, reports, and enhancement specifications.
- Support end-to-end application implementation, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, user training, troubleshooting, and post go-live support.
- Support WMS migrations, upgrades and manage change requests aligned with operations requirements
- Configure WMS applications, validate EDI/API requirements and conduct troubleshooting with Operations as necessary.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to drive system adoption, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, automation, and digital solutions to improve operational visibility, efficiency, and data quality.
- Identify and recommend process or system improvements through analysis of operational workflows, performance data, and business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in application support, system implementation, business analysis, contract logistics operations, operational reporting, or process improvement.
- Experience in WMS implementation, warehouse system support, application configuration, logistics technology projects, or international logistics environment is required.
- Strong understanding of WMS implementation/support; Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher experience.
- Lean Six Sigma, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of Contract Logistics, warehouse processes, and system-enabled operations.
- Strong capability in requirement analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, implementation support, and documentation
- Process mapping, workflow analysis, issue investigation, and root cause analysis skills are advantages.
- Experience with PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate, VBA, SQL, Python, or similar tools is an advantage.
