  • Coordinate governance processes including management meetings, board-related meetings and other organisational platforms.
  • Assist in preparation, consolidation and tracking of meeting materials, action items, submissions and follow-up matters.
  • Maintain records, documentation and reference materials to support organisational reporting and governance requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth coordination and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Support planning, coordination and execution of corporate events, leadership platforms, learning visits and stakeholder engagements.
  • Coordinate logistics, communications and administrative arrangements for organisational activities.
  • Support engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and partner organisations.
  • Manage day-to-day departmental operations, including procurement, budget tracking, payment processing, asset management and administrative matters.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, correspondence and departmental communications.
  • Coordinate departmental workplans, schedules and timelines, and monitor the status of key deliverables and follow-up actions.

Job Description:

Supports the Corporate Development function by ensuring effective coordination, administration and operational delivery of departmental activities.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, provides corporate, governance and operational support for management and board-related processes, organisational events, stakeholder engagements and departmental operations. The role requires strong organisational, communication and coordination skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the department.

Job Responsibilities:

Corporate Governance and Secretariat Support

  1. Coordinate and support governance processes, including management meetings, board-related meetings and other organisational platforms.
  1. Assist in the preparation, consolidation and tracking of meeting materials, action items, submissions and follow-up matters.
  1. Maintain records, documentation and reference materials to support organisational reporting and governance requirements.

  2. Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, secretariat support, project coordination, governance support or related functions.
  3. Experience supporting senior management, organisational events or committee-related work would be advantageous
