Qualifikationen

• Degree holder, with engineering background and/or experience in project management.
• Degree in Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Structural, and Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience and/or in the capacity within consultant firms working on projects.
• Experience in working in healthcare sector is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in AutoCAD is a plus.

• Lead and implement end-to-end project management across the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Derive budget estimates.
• Planning schedule of project from procurement to renovation works.
• Preparation of procurement documents, drawings and relevant materials.
• Conduct site show round(s), evaluation, and award.
• Contract and construction management, including liaising with various stakeholders.
• Complete projects on time and on budget.
• Defects management.
• Assist Head in other administrative/ secretariat duties and coordination works, such as preparing materials and presentation to Senior Management, facilitating cross-divisional dialogue, and contributing to overall team development.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head.

Job Description:

The candidate reports to Head of Facilities Development, and his/her main role will be to carry out project management of renovation projects within the hospital, ensuring planning and development of facilities are properly coordinated to facilitate hospital operations.
