Darmax Global, a leading Asia-Pacific alternative investment manager, seeks a Finance Manager in Singapore to own financial reporting, governance and compliance for SPVs and investment structures across Singapore, Cayman and BVI vehicles investing into India, Korea and Japan. The role reports into Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will review administrators' work, manage providers, and ensure entities are accurate, compliant and timely, with fund-administrator experience considered

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IFRS or Singapore GAAP in fund context.
• Experience with SPV/fund structures and master-feeder arrangements.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to prepare and review financial governance documents.

Responsabilités

• Review SPV financial statements and schedules prepared by administrators.
• Review accounting for investments, shareholder loans, and intercompany items.
• Coordinate SPV audits, tax computations and filings.
• Govern SPV framework: board meetings, resolutions, and records.
• Oversee SPV treasury and deadlines across jurisdictions.
• Manage providers: administrators, auditors, tax advisers, counsel.
• Support new vehicle set-ups and restructurings.
