Job summary

Blackstone’s International Finance team in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Vice President to manage core accounting processes and oversee the end-to-end close and reporting for several APAC fund entities. The ideal candidate will lead monthly and annual reporting timelines, ensure strong execution quality, and enhance internal controls. Success requires a Chartered Accountant with 9-12 years of experience in financial reporting, ideally from the asset/fund management sector, and expertise in US GAAP / IFRS / Local GAAP.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of progressive financial reporting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in asset and/or fund management industry is an advantage.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial systems/ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close for assigned APAC entities.
• Own end-to-end statutory and management reporting, including preparation of local GAAP financial statements.
• Coordinate tax compliance activities for assigned entities.
