Caliber8 Recruitment is seeking a Vice President for Private Credit in Singapore to evaluate and execute project finance opportunities in infrastructure and energy. You will lead financial modelling, assess cash flows, risks and counterparties to structure suitable financing solutions.

You will manage due diligence, present credit recommendations to investment committees, negotiate term sheets and drive deals through close while monitoring portfolio risks and investor relations in Asia.

Qualificações

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in infrastructure credit, private credit, project finance or structured lending with independent transaction leadership.
• Hands-on HoldCo financing and mezzanine or subordinated debt experience.
• Experience in emerging Asian markets with understanding of country/regulatory risks.

Responsabilidades

• Assess financing opportunities across infrastructure and energy, evaluating economics, cash flows, counterparties and downside risks.
• Lead financial modelling, sensitivity analysis and debt structuring to determine terms.
• Coordinate due diligence with sponsors, advisers, and legal/technical advisers.
• Prepare investment papers and present credit recommendations to the investment committee.
• Negotiate term sheets and financing documentation, including covenants and security packages.
• Drive transactions from approval to financial close and monitor portfolio performance.
